In 2008 when Youngstown native Julius Oliver lost his job at a local steel mill due to downsizing, like many Americans he needed a way to pay his mortgage and stay afloat.
Always being known for a clean car he began washing cars in his driveway and as word spread he quickly realized he needed a shop and thus Kingly Hand Wash & Wax was born.
